Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore.
Shipping Fees
- West Malaysia: RM8 for orders below RM100. Free shipping for orders above RM100.
- East Malaysia: Shipping fees vary based on total order weight.
- Singapore: Shipping fees vary based on total order weight.
Tracking Information
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Method
- Our logistics partner for West Malaysia is NinjaVan. For East Malaysia and Singapore, we use air shipping for faster delivery.
Shipping Time
- Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, it is confirmed and cannot be modified or canceled.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damage or Loss During Transit
- While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any loss or damage. Please report any issues to the shipping carrier directly.
